Your referral may be any Company that has not previously been our Client OR a Company with which we have not worked as a Client or prospective Client within 360 days.

Qualifying for your Big $1000 Bonus is just 4 easy steps away:

1. Complete the New Client Referral Form.
2. One of our consultants will get in touch with you to request that you advise your Client Referral that we will be contacting them.
3. We will make contact with any qualified Client contacts that you refer.
4. If we enter into a search engagement with your Client referral within 90 days of your referral and we make a placement with your contact you will be eligible for the $1000 Referral Fee subject to accepting the terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

• If the same Client referral is made by two or more people, only the first person (based on the date and time that we first received the New Client Referral Form) making the referral will be eligible for the $1000 Referral Fee.
• You will receive a check in the amount of $1000 from McKinnon Targeted Recruiters soon after we receive payment for the placement, from the client that you have referred.
• No limit to the number of qualified Client referrals you can make
• The Big $1000 fee applies only to referrals of Clients engaging Recruitment services with McKinnon Targeted Recruiters and does not apply to any other service offering or practice. All information on the New Client Referral Form must be accurately provided.
• When a candidate that we have placed at the company, that you have referred us to, starts in their new job, you will be required to create an invoice so that we can process and send you your check. This referral fee program is subject to provincial and federal tax laws.
• Recruitment Agencies are not eligible to participate.
• McKinnon Targeted Recruiters reserves the right to change any aspect of the program or discontinue the program with or without notice.
